"I have been trying for a year to get someone to come and get my pool and equipment up and running since I bought the house Brandon was the only pool company person who would take the time and even talk to me about what I needed. A day before they came the creek in back of my property overflowed the complete pool and area . In less than a week they had all the equipment including new heater installed and the pool cleaned and repaired and painted. "I have been using A Perfect Pool Company since summer of 2018. They changed my liner, put in a new filter and pump and started servicing my pool every 2 weeks during the swimming season. Sunday night we noticed the pump motor was making a strange noise and was very hot. I texted Michelle and she immediately responded and they were out for service call Tuesday and completed repairs today. If I have ever had a problem with service they have always taken care of the issue. I don't normally give 5 stars because I feel everyone has room for improvement. Doing this time of the Coronavirus pandemic, it's sad to say you find companies customer service have declined and the quality of their work and product too. TOTALLY OPPOSITE at A PERFECT POOL; from the first conversation I was pleased. Brandon quoted me a price and that's the price I paid; I chose my vinyl lining from the catalog and that's the vinyl lining I received.
